Please make sure to have your order number and the email address used at checkout ready.

The Details

New, unworn, and unwashed pieces may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase – either for a refund or store credit, your choice. Each piece goes through our Love & War UV Detection system to ensure that it's truly unworn, because we're committed to ensuring every item meets our standards.

Your pieces should return to us as they arrived: in original condition, in their original packaging, with the product sticker still attached in the lower right corner. We know it seems particular, but these details matter in maintaining the quality you expect from us.

 Refunds return to your original payment method, while store credit offers more flexibility for future discoveries. Gift returns automatically become store credit – perfect for finding something that truly speaks to you.

A $10 processing fee covers return shipping, inspection, and restocking because quality takes care. However, choose store credit and we'll waive this fee entirely – consider it our way of keeping you in the Love + War family.

What We Can't Accept as a Return

Items marked Final Sale have made their commitment – no returns on these pieces.

The Fine Print

Original shipping fees remain with the original order. Each order needs its own return journey – we can't combine returns from multiple orders. For our friends with APO/FPO addresses, please reach out to our concierge team for return assistance.
