Why does “seamless” stop working after a few washes?

Why does “seamless” stop working after a few washes?

Because lingerie should last longer than a laundry cycle.

Seamless underwear feels magical the first time you put it on. Smooth edges, no lines, no distractions. But then comes the second wash. And the third. Suddenly that “barely there” fit turns into sagging fabric, curled edges, or elastic that digs.

The truth is most “seamless” pieces are built for a moment, not for real life. Thin cuts of fabric that don’t hold their stretch, glued edges that peel apart, and elastic that weakens faster than it should. No wonder it feels like you’re constantly replacing them.

At Love + War, we wanted seamless that stays seamless.

Our microfiber blend (78 percent polyamide, 22 percent elastane) was designed to stretch beautifully, keep its shape, and feel just as soft after the tenth wash as it did after the first. Smooth, breathable, invisible under clothes, not just once, but over time.
